HWOSA-NA was organized in 2004 with the initial efforts by old HWTI students residing in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. By the July 4th, 2004 weekend, an inaugural reunion was held at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Crystal City, Virginia. HWOSA-NA was formally constituted on July 2nd, 2004 at a business meeting attended by members from all regions of the United States. The theme for that reunion was to “increase the boarding capacity” at HWTI. Funds were raised at the reunion to support the Kitchen renovation project.

On the site we provide information “about us”, information on some of our annual and recurring events; we also encourage visitors to this site to spend some time in the gallery browsing our “hall of fame”, as well as other pictorial representation for each of our reunions.
